SB Landscaping was proud to deliver the soft landscaping works for the prestigious
Chatham Waterfront development, part of a major regeneration project in Kent creating
182 high-quality apartments across five striking blocks. Appointed under a detailed JCT
Construction Management Trade Contract, our team brought precision, craftsmanship, and
an eye for detail to every stage of the four-week on-site programme. From the earliest
design coordination to the final planting and finishing touches, the works were completed
to meet stringent quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, ensuring a vibrant and
welcoming outdoor environment for residents and visitors alike.
The project demanded close collaboration with the construction manager, design team, and
other trades to integrate landscaping seamlessly into a busy, multi-contractor site. With an
emphasis on sustainable development and environmental considerations, our soft
landscaping not only enhances the visual appeal of the waterfront but also contributes to its
ecological value. The result is a thoughtfully designed, robustly executed landscape that
