At Tottenham Hale Village, SB Landscaping supported the transformation of this
residential development by delivering the soft and hard landscaping works that tie the
scheme together. Phase 1 and 2 focused on creating inviting shared spaces, combining
high-quality paving with structured planting to enhance both functionality and visual
appeal. Courtyards and pathways were designed for ease of movement while being
softened by layered planting, ornamental grasses, and seasonal shrubs that bring
colour and variety throughout the year.
Sustainability and resident wellbeing were central to the design. Tree planting and
